1. WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES DO I SEE ON THE SITE ?
All prices are in USD.

2. HOW CAN I ORDER ?
Choose your product, select add to cart, then buy it, then put your billing information, name address, phone number and proceed to buy.

3. WHAT PAYMENT METHOD WE ACCEPT ?
We accept all major credit cards through our merchant service provider Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PAYPAL.

4. DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE ?
We Ship to all of the U.S., Canada and Europe.

5. How Much You Charge For Shipping ?
Free shipping on all orders in the U.S.. Flat rate of $12.95 outside of the U.S.

6. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER ?


We take high pride in what we do and make sure you are happy with our products and services. That is why we prefer to ship with a tracking number in order to allow you peace of mind by checking your product journey. Many of our products ship from the U.S. and ship in 2-3 business days, other products that ship from overseas may ship in 5-7 business days. See shipping times for products shipping from outside the U.S.

Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the world. Please allow 3 - 7 business days of processing time in addition,for your order to ship out.

Please be aware that due to pandemic, shipping times have increased and could take between 2 to 4 weeks. So, please do allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS, FedEx and any other equivalent courier company who would provide the fastest service at the time. International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

Average transit times to the United States: 5 - 15 Business days

Average transit times to International: 15 - 30 Business days

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.
Orders usually ship within 1 -3 business days from the date orders placed. Your order will arrive approximately 5 - 10 business days after it’s shipped.

Note - Delivery is depend on shipping option.

Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as flood or typhoon. Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment.

7. MAY I GET A TRACKING NUMBER ?
Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website.

8. MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING ?
Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

9. CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT ?
We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 7 days (if approved first by LOLA LUXE) to send it back to us for a full refund.
You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order numbers on the returned parcels.

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

10. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period of time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled. You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

Please email customercare@lolaluxeshop.com for all change or cancellation inquiries. Make sure to include your full name and order number.

If your order has already been dispatched we would not be able to cancel this order. You are still able to refund upon arrival.

11. Is there a restocking fee??
No, We don't charge any Restocking fee.

12. RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM ?
We are sorry to hear you may have experience an issue with an item you ordered!

We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment within 7 business days from when you received this item for any of the following reasons:

You receive an incorrect item
Your order contains damaged product(s)
Your order has a printing mistake
Part of your order is missing from the package
You do not receive your order but it has been marked as delivered by FedEX

*We won't take back items because of size issues, so make sure you check the sizing references provided.

*Keep in mind, colors may vary slightly due to computer monitor settings, we will not take returns for color issues.

*Shipping charges are not refundable and you must contact us for authorization to return. Unauthorized return packages will be refused.
